Water aerobics

Every Saturday at 1pm, unless otherwise noted.

Aerobic exercise in shallow end of the pool using pool noodles and inflatable balls.

Considered resistance training.

Sports Events and Activities

Historically, the community at Woodlands was a bustling frenzy of fierce tennis players. At one point in time there were two active tennis courts in which players had to sign up in advance to play. People played tennis well into the evenings. Today, while there are still active tennis players, the court is readily available for Woodlanders to play at their leisure. Recently an upgrade was made to the basketball court, which has resurrected many to initiate a quick game of H.O.R.S.E. and pick-up.  In addition there is a handball court, ping pong table, swimming pool and recreational areas for children.
